我国文化人才队伍建设面临的问题及对策研究

摘要:文化人才队伍是社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的有力支撑。当前,我国的文化人才队伍建设在人才理论观念、人才培养开发途径和人才队伍结构等诸多方面都存在问题,亟待需要进一步加强工作;建设高素质文化人才队伍,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,牢固树立"以人为本"理念,推动文化人才队伍建设与促进社会主义先进文化发展内在统一,积极探索和构建文化人才队伍的选拔机制、管理机制和激励机制,进而不断促进文化人才的统筹兼顾和可持续发展。

Abstract:Cultural talent team is a strong support of the development and prosperity of socialist culture, which is a scientific conclusion drawn in the cultural construction of the party in practice. At present, there are some problems existing in aspects such as the theory, development approach and structure of cultural talent team during its construction in China, which demand further work to strengthen. To build a team of highly-qualified cultural talents, the methodology of scientific outlook on development must be the guidance, people-oriented development concept be set up, promoting the team construction of cultural talents and development of socialist culture be integrated, selection, management and incentive mechanism be explored actively, and sustainable development of cultural talents be achieved at last.
