Abstract：Building social civilization and a harmonious society is the main part of the socialist construction nowadays.With the rapid development of material life, people's happiness index is not high in that wrong behaviors are very common;Freud's instinct repressed theory is a systematic analysis of human nature from the biological perspective, it can also give us some implications for construction of socialist civilization, that is, We must follow the requirements and meet instinct needs of human being;at the same time, we should restrain some progressive developments of human instincts;and we also give a right guidance to some human instincts so that they can enhance the construction of socialist civilization.
