煤矿巷道顶板强度随钻识别系统与钻速优化研究

摘要:为了在煤矿巷道支护过程中对顶板单轴抗压强度进行随钻实时识别并对锚杆钻机的钻速进一步优化,基于气动锚杆机、传感器与控制器监测系统的钻进参数,设计巷道顶板单轴抗压强度随钻识别系统。通过气动马达的扭矩与转速、支腿气缸的压力与速度,识别巷道顶板单轴抗压强度,推导出顶板岩层随钻识别钻进参数的计算公式。采用气动马达功率特性曲线优化钻速,并且研制顶板岩层强度随钻识别试验系统,以期解决顶板岩层勘测的误解和经济费用问题,从而进一步提升煤矿井下作业的安全性

Identification system of roof strength of coal mine while drilling and optimization study on drilling speed

Abstract: In order to identify the uniaxial compressive strength of the roof in real time while drilling and to further optimize the drilling speed of the bolter during the process of supporting coal mine roadways ,the uniaxial compressive strength identification system for roadway roof while drilling was proposed ased on the pneumatic bolters , sensors and controllers to monitor the drilling parameters of the system. On basis of the torque and speed of the pneumatic motor,and the pressure and speed of the outrigger cylinder,the uniaxial compressive strength of the roof of the roadway was identified. The calculation formula for identifying drilling parameters while drilling of roof strata was derived. The power characteristic curve of pneumatic motor was used to optimize the drilling speed. The identification test system of roof strata while drilling was developed to solve the problems of misunderstanding and economic cost of roof strata survey ,so as to further improve the safety of underground coal mine operation.
