摘要:为研究混合磨料方式下磨料水射流切割能力的影响因素和最佳切割参数,通过比较前/后混合方式下的磨料水射流切割优缺点,提出先混合磨料后加压的磨料水射流切割方式,并以中粒砂岩为切割对象,采用正交试验进行研究,结果表明:影响磨料水射流切割能力的主要因素有切割速度、切割压力和切割喷头直径,影响权重由大到小为切割速度、切割压力和切割喷头直径;提出切割速度1 mm/s、切割压力50 MPa、切割喷头直径1.5 mm、切割靶距30 mm、切割磨料河砂与水质量配比为18时,切割能力最强。所得结论可为磨料水射流切割系统在煤矿行业中的应用提供理论支持和参数设置指导。

Abstract:By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of abrasive water jet cutting methods the cutting method of first mixing abrasive and then pressurizing was proposed. In order to study the factors affecting the cutting ability of the mixed abrasive method ,the orthogonal experiment was applied with the medi- um grained sandstone as the cutting object. Based on the analysis of orthogonal test results, it was concluded that the main factors affecting the cutting ability of the mixed abrasive water jet were cutting speed,cutting pressure and the diameter of the cutting nozzle, and the weights of the factors in descending order were cutting speed, cutting pressure and the diameter of the cutting nozzle. Under the condition that the mass ratio of abrasive and water was 1:8 and the cutting target distance was 30 mm, the cutting speed was l mm/s,the cutting pressure was 50 MPa and the diameter of the cutting nozzle was 1.5 mm, the cutting ability could achieve the goal of optimizing performance. The experimental results could provide theoretical support and parameter setting reference for the future application of the mixed abrasive water jet cutting system in the coal industry.
