隧道排水管道结晶体成分及结晶机理研究

摘要:为提出有效的隧道排水系统结晶处置方案,以白岩脚隧道采集排水系统结晶体为样本,通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析结晶体物相,再用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测试样微观结构,并现场测量取样处pH和水温,研究隧道排水系统中产生结晶体物质成分和成晶机理。结果表明:白岩脚隧道排水系统中,结晶体物相成分为方解石(CaCO3),水镁石(MgOH2)和白云石(CaMgCO32);按照结晶形态可分为附着生长型方解石结晶和搬运沉积型方解石结晶;结晶化学反应机理为去白云化结晶机理,结晶形成物质基础由衬砌和可溶岩共同提供,产生结晶的排水位置处pH9.112.3

Abstract:In oder to find effective crystallization disposition plan of the tunnel drainage systemtaking the drainage system crystal material from Baiyanjiao Tunnel as the samplethe crystal phase was analyzed by X-ray diffractionXRD),then the microstructure of the sample was observed by scanning electron microscopeSEM),and the pH and water temperature at the sampling site were measured in situ.The crystal material composition and crystal formation mechanism of the tunnel drainage system were analyzed and studied.It was found that in the drainage system of The Baiyanjiao tunnelthe crystals were divided into calciteCaCO3),brucite MgOH2and dolomiteCaMgCO32.According to the crystal formit could be divided into adherent growth calcite crystal and conveyance deposition calcite crystal.The mechanism of crystallization chemical reaction was the mechanism of dolomization crystallization.The material basis of crystallization was provided by the lining concrete and the soluble rock together.The pH of the drainage place where the crystallization occured was between 9.1 and 12.3.
