基于立方体试件的沥青混合料双轴压缩试验研究

摘要:为研究第二主应力对沥青混合料强度的影响,考虑轴数、温度与加载速度3个因素,采用设计的双轴压缩试验仪器对立方体试件进行沥青混合料双轴压缩试验。结果表明:影响沥青混合料强度的显著顺序由大到小为轴数、加载速率;温度以5 ℃为间隔,从15 ℃变化到25 ℃时对沥青混合料强度影响不显著。应变分别小于0.0200.0100.008时,应力-应变曲线基本重合。应变增加时,应力-应变曲线非线性增大;油石比大于5%时,立方体试件双轴压缩强度增长趋势缓后有降,且随空隙率增大逐渐降低。

Abstract:In order to study influence of the second principal stress on strength of asphalt mixturebased on cubic specimenthe biaxial test instrument is designed and the biaxial test of asphalt mixture is put forward.Strength of asphalt mixture in different condition is tested on the base of orthogonal experimental designwhich includes three factorssuch as axial numbertemperature and loading velocity .The results show thatfor a given significant levelorthogonal experimental design range analysis and variance analysis show that axial number has the most obvious influence on strength of asphalt mixture in three different factorsas followed by loading velocity.On the other handwhen test temperature interval is 5 centigradeand test temperature is from 15 centigrade to 25 centigradevariance analysis shows that temperature has not obvious influence on strength of asphalt mixture.Strain were 0.02015 ℃),0.01020 ℃and 0.00825 ℃respectivelycurves of stress and strain of different loading velocity in the same temperature are same.After thatcurves of stress and strain go and increase nonlinearly.When bitumen-aggregate ratio values were bigger than 5%biaxial cubic strength slowlyafter thatbiaxial cubic strength begin to decrease.Biaxial cubic strength decreases with the increasing voidage.
