钢渣粉掺合料改良膨胀土特性试验研究

摘要:为解钢渣粉掺合材改良膨胀土特性,在膨胀土中掺入不同比例的钢渣粉,制作试块后测定其无荷载膨胀率及无侧限抗压强度。结果表明,随着钢渣粉掺入量的增加,钢渣粉对膨胀土的改良作用愈加明显;膨胀土的膨胀率随钢渣粉掺入量的增加而显著降低,强度随钢渣粉掺入量的增加而增加。这一结果说明钢渣粉对于膨胀土的改良效果明显。结合试验数据,从理论上分析了钢渣粉改良膨胀土的作用机理,为钢渣粉在膨胀土中的应用提供了试验和理论依据。

Abstract:In order to know expansive soil properties improved by steel slag powder admixture,steel slag powder with different proportions was added into expansive soil and then its unloaded swell ratio and unconfined compression strength were tested. The test results showed that with the increase of steel slag powder content,the improvement effect to expansive soil became more and more obvious,which was reflected by that its swell ratio significantly decreased and its strength increased with the increment of steel slag powder content. It is indicated that the steel slag powder exerts obvious improvement effect to expansive soil. In combination with the test data,the functional mechanism of steel slag powder improvement effect on expansive soil is analyzed theoretically,and it provides an experimental and theoretical basis for the application of steel slag powder in expansive soil.
