片状结构与粒状结构构造煤瓦斯解吸特征实验研究

摘要:为揭示构造煤中瓦斯解吸规律,利用自制的煤样瓦斯解吸实验装置,研究了豫西地区不同结构特征构造煤的瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度。结果表明,与粒状结构构造煤相比,片状结构构造煤中瓦斯解吸量更大,解吸速度更快;片状结构构造煤在0~1 min,0~3 min,0~5 min和0~60 min的瓦斯解吸量分别是粒状结构构造煤的3.51~3.70倍,3.11~3.46倍,2.80~3.16倍和3.05~3.46倍;前者在解吸开始后第10 s和第60 s的瓦斯解吸速度分别是后者的3.72~3.92倍和3.78~4.29倍。巴雷尔式适用于推算粒状结构构造煤中的瓦斯解吸损失量,但对片状结构构造煤误差较大。

Abstract:In order to reveal the structure of mechanism of gas desorption in tectonic coal,a coal sample test device had been designed for testing the gas desorption capacities and velocity of western Henan Province tectonic coal with different structural characteristics. Experimental results show that the gas desorption capacities and velocity in tectonic coal with laminated structure is larger and faster than in tectonic coal with granular texture; the gas desorption capacities of former in 0 ~ 1 min,0 ~ 3 min,0 ~ 5 min and 0 ~ 60 min are respectively 3. 51 ~ 3. 70 times,3. 11 ~ 3. 46 times,2. 80 ~ 3. 16 times,3. 05 ~ 3. 46 times as big as the gas deception capacities of latter; the gas desorption velocity of former in tenth seconds and sixtieth seconds are respectively 3. 72 ~ 3. 92 times and 3. 78 ~ 4. 29 times as faster as the gas desorption velocity of former. Barrell type can calculate the lost content of gas desorption in tectonic coal with granular texture. When the lost content of gas desorption in tectonic coal with laminated structure is calculated by the Barrell type,there is large error.
