铁矿分选过程综合生产指标分解的补偿方法

摘要:选矿厂综合生产指标(精矿品位、精矿产量和金属回收率)通常难以在线测量,故根据生产经验和工艺生产流程将实现的生产指标分解成相应的工艺指标。针对工艺指标不能跟随生产实际进行实时调整,无法保证最优综合生产指标的问题,提出综合生产指标分解的优化补偿方法。考虑Apriori算法因人工设置支持度而无法满足用户需求的不足,提出采用Apriori改进算法实现铁矿分选过程综合生产指标的优化补偿,并成功应用到其钢厂的选矿过程。结果表明,运行效率及精确度均明显提高。

Abstract:Integrated production indicators such as concentrate grade,concentrate output and metal recovery rate,are often difficult to measure online,so they are usually decomposed to corresponding technic indexes according to production experience and technological process. Because technic indexes can't be adjusted in real time according to the actual production,and the best integrated production indices can't be ensured,optimal compensation method for decomposition of integrated production indices was proposed. To solve the lack of Apriori algorithm that setting support artificially can't meet the demand of users,optimal compensation method was proposed for decomposition of integrated production indices in separation of iron ore based on improved Apriori algorithm. It was successfully applied to the beneficiation process of a steel plant. The result showed that the efficiency and accuracy improved obviously.
