摘要:团队实践教学中学生个人成绩的准确评定直接影响实践教学的质量。通过综合考虑"质""量"两个维度,并针对现有评价方法中对参与者要求较高、实施过程复杂、计算繁琐且可靠性差等不足,设计出了基于团队整体绩效的学生个人成绩评价模型,保证了实践教学环节中学生个人成绩评定的公平与准确。通过算例分析,证实了其有效性及可行性。

Abstract:Practice teaching has been emphasized and applied extensively in order to meet the needs of higher education development. The veracity of evaluating student individual performance in team practice teaching affects the quality of practice teaching directly. To overcome the shortcomings of the high requirements for the participants, the complexity and low reliability of implementation and complex computation existing in evaluation methods, this paper creates a model which covers two dimensions of “quality”and “quantity”comprehensively, this model emphasizes the importance of individual effort in team work when student individual performance is evaluated based on team achievement. A case study in this paper confirmed the validity and feasibility of the model.
