改性活性炭富集-FAAS法测定粮食中的痕量铜

摘要:为测定粮食中的痕量铜,合成了活性炭负载十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS-AC)固相萃取材料,提出了微柱富集和火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)联用测定粮食中痕量铜的方法,基于SDS-AC具有负电性质的表面和阳离子交换特性,吸附的Cu2+采用稀硝酸溶液(1.0 mol/L)洗脱并用FAAS检测。在最优条件下,检出限为0.62 ng/m L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%(c=60 ng/m L,n=7)。该方法简便、安全、低成本、选择性好,可准确测定标准参考物(GBW10010)、粮食等样品中痕量铜的含量。

Abstract:In oeder to detect trace copperin cereal grains,sodium dodecyl sulfonate( SDS)-modified activated carbon( SDS-AC) has been prepared and employed as a sorbent,and a new method using SDS-AC microcolumn combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS) has been described for the determination of trace Cu. The method based on Cu2+was quantitatively retained by SDS-AC sorbent,which entailed cation exchange property and negative charged surface. And the retained Cu2+was effectively recovered with elution by 1. 0 mol / L HNO3,and the eluent is quantified by FAAS. Under the optimized conditions,the limit of detection( LOD) for Cu2+was 0. 62 ng / m L with the consumption of 10. 0 m L sample solution. The relative standard deviation( RSD) for seven replicate measurements of 60 ng / m L Cu2+was 3. 8%. The method is characterized with simplicity,safety,low cost,selectivity,and adapts to the determination of copper in standard reference material( GBW10010) and cereal grains.
