不同配比大尺度相似模拟试件单轴压缩实验研究

摘要:依据相似模拟理论及试件单轴抗压强度不同,分别采用河沙-石膏-大白粉及河沙-石蜡两种相似模拟材料不同配比制作了3组共6块150 mm×150 mm×150 mm大尺度试件,在室内RMT-150B岩石力学实验系统上对其进行了单轴压缩实验。结果表明:低强度河沙-石膏-大白粉试件压密、弹性、屈服阶段轴向应变较小,峰值强度范围变化大,岩体破坏后残余强度缓慢减小,且轴向应变较大,试件沿轴向呈反拱及层状破坏;河沙-石蜡试件压密、弹性、屈服及破坏阶段明显,峰值及残余强度较为稳定;随着河沙-石蜡试件胶结程度的提高,峰值及残余强度增大,软化程度变小,试件沿轴向呈对角线剪节破坏,岩体破坏后残余强度减小较快,试件强度指标趋于稳定,试件均质性好。

Abstract:Based on the theory of similar simulation and uniaxial compression strength on different specimens,six large-scale specimens of 150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm were divided into three groups,which were made from different ratios of sand-gypsum-whitepowder or sand-paraffin,and uniaxial compression experiment was operated on RMT-150 B test system of rock mechanics. The results showed that: the axial strain was small for a lower strength sand-gypsum-whitepowder specimen in compression phase,elastic phase,yield phase; the scope for top strength change was larger; residual strength decreased slowly,and axial strain was large with rock body being failure; and a reserve arch or a platy fracture appeared along the specimen axis. The compression phase,elastic phase,yield phase,and failure phase were obvious in sand-paraffin specimens,and top and residual strength were stable. With the increase of cementation degree in the sand-paraffin specimen,the top and residual strength increased as well,but the weak degree decreased,diagonal shear failure appeared along the specimen axis,and the residual strength reduced quickly following rock-body failure,and the strength parameters tend to being stable,and the homogeneity was well.
