摘要:简述了微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)型生物传感器的工作原理,讨论了其在生化需氧量和有毒物质监测方面以及水质监测方面的研究进展,总结了其在实现原位监测、快速检测和综合分析过程中面临的挑战,最后对其发展趋势做出了展望。

Abstract:The principle of microbial fuel cell( MFC) based biosensors was briefly described,its recent progress in detection and measurement of biochemical oxygen demand and toxicant were introduced in water quality monitoring,the challenges ahead of in situ monitoring,fast detection and comprehensive analysis were summarized,and the prospective of its development trend was proposed.
