城市污水处理厂污泥的资源化利用研究

摘要:污泥既是固体废物又是一种资源,污泥的资源化利用是对其处理、处置的一种有效出路.采用焦作污水处理厂污泥作为试验材料,通过接种沼液和添加粉煤灰对污泥进行发酵试验.试验结果表明,用气相色谱仪检测气体中的甲烷,得出其甲烷体积分数在60%以上,可进一步加以利用;用原子吸收光度法检测样品中铜、锌、镍、铬等重金属质量浓度,均符合农用标准.研究结果可为焦作市污泥处置和利用提供依据,也可为探索焦作市污泥最佳资源化利用途径寻求可行性方案.

Research on the utilization of sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants

Abstract:Sludge is the solid waste, and also it is a kind of resource.Utilization of sludge is an effective way to its treatment and disposal.In the paper, sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant in Jiaozuo is used as test material.By adding fly ash and vaccinating biogas into sludge, the test on anaerobic fermentation is implemented.The results show that methane volume fraction is above 60% through gas chromatograph detection, which can further be used.The concentration of copper, zinc, nickel, chromium and other heavy metals are detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, which are in line with agricultural standards.The research provides the basis for the sludge utilization in Jiaozuo, also seeks a feasible program for exploring the best utilization of sludge in Jiaozuo.
