工业爆炸及其应用技术探讨

摘要:工业爆炸伴随着大量能量的产生,可对周围介质进行做功,其危害十分严重,而合理地利用爆炸,则可以解决很多工程问题,并具有良好前景.从定义、分类及产生的必要条件等方面阐述了工业爆炸的特性,说明了工艺爆炸的危害性,给出了基本防爆措施.在此基础上,总结了国内外几种成功的爆炸应用技术,并分析了其基本原理、特点及应用条件,以供类似工程参考.

Industry explosion technique and its application

Abstract:Lots of energy is engendered to act on the surrounded medium during industrial explosion and its hazards are serious.Also, it possesses good foreground to tackle lots of engineering problems if being used properly.In the paper, properties of industrial explosion such as the definition, classification and necessary condition are elaborated.The hazards of explosion are accounted, and some basic measures are brought out to protect explosion.Then, some successful technology applications of explosion internally and overseas are summarized with basic theory, characteristic and application condition, which provides reference for similar projects.
