直接顶板为强岩溶含水层巷道掘进防治水技术

摘要:针对小马村矿一5煤层开采掘进时煤层顶板多次发生直接顶板(L5,强岩溶含水层)突水,严重影响安全生产的问题,根据一5煤层赋存及水文地质条件,在分析矿床充水因素的基础上,结合掘进工艺,在东区一5煤层轨道大巷掘进时将超前预注浆技术应用于顶板加固防治水,包括沿煤层打探孔、掏煤掘进、临时支护、超前打顶板探孔、卧底掘进、钻孔注浆、永久支护等一整套工艺措施.应用顶板超前预注浆控制技术防治煤层顶板突水属国内首次,实践证明,顶板超前预注浆控制技术能够有效防治顶板突水,能够解决强岩溶含水层直接顶板下掘进时突水问题,保障了安全生产,可为类似条件下防治水工作提供借鉴意义.

Direct roof strong karst aquifer water tunnel boring technology to combat

Abstract:In mine of Xiaoma, when a 一5 seam coal seam roof in driving, a number of direct gray roof L5 strong karst aquifer water will inrush, which severely affected production safety.According to 一5 coal seam existence and hydrogeological conditions, on the basis of the analysis on deposits factor in water-filled and the combination of tunneling techniques, the technology of pre-grouting reinforcement is used in the eastern coal roadway driving track 一5 for prevention and treatment of roof water.They are a set of processess such as exploration holes along the seam, inquire hole tunneling out of coal, temporary support, exploration holes ahead of roof, undercover boring, drilling grouting and permanent support measures.Application of roof control technology ahead of pre-grouting process control roof water is domestic initiative.The practice proved that the roof control technology ahead of pre-grouting can control roof water inrush effectively and set a record in the technology of inrush in strong karst aquifer tunneling under the direct control of roof water.Its security benefit are effective and conspicuous, which can be used in the similar conditions of water prevention and controling.
