The service system of library electric resources based on grid

Abstract：Internet heterogeneity, electronic resources diversity, and difference of resource management and services systems, which has led to the difficulty in achieving the collaborative work and collaborative services of library resources.It causes a large number of information islands, and the resources sharing can not be realized fully.To solve the problem, grid theory and architecture are studied.With the combination of Globus Toolkit 4, grid development technologies are put forward.The library service system of electronic resources based on grid technology is presented, and the corresponding general pattern of resources and resource services is obtained.This system can hide the distributivity and diversity of resources, and provide transparent, effective and convenient services for users.
