摘要:为了客观全面地统计地面水灾信息,分析了水灾时期地面不同深度水体的光谱反射特性,对不同地物在CBERS-02星CCD数据上的表现特征对比研究,利用Erdas软件建立模型,依据CCD数据提供的2,3,4波段信息进行水体的提取.将不同时相的遥感提取结果进行对比,分析水灾期间水体的变化,并利用GIS技术叠加基础信息图层进行分析、运算,得到各种专题图件.对监测结果验证后认为是可靠的,能客观反映地面水灾状况.

Application of CBERS-02 CCD data in flood monitoring——a case study of Xincai, Henan province
Abstract:In order to statistic water flood information, the spectral reflectance characteristics of different depth water was analyzed in flood period、Reflection characteristic of different objects on CBERS-02 CCD data was given a comparative analysis.By model building on ERDAS software, the water area was extracted of 2, 3, 4 bands in CCD data.The extracted result was given a contrast with history remote image to analyse the water change, and maps of basic informational layers were superposed by using GIS technology for analysis and operations.The monitor result was credible and accorded with the truth.
