摘要:毕业生就业是高校学生工作的重中之重。高校毕业生离校后跟踪服务体系现状主要表现在高校对离校生跟踪服务体系重视程度不足、毕业生离校后进行信息反馈难度大、高校与就业单位间缺乏沟通反馈等方面。当前在"互联网+大数据"兴起背景下开展毕业生离校后跟踪服务,对毕业生的就业指导与管理具有深远意义。高校毕业生离校后跟踪服务体系时效性构建功用表现在提升高校人才培养能力、提高毕业生就业成功机率、推动就业单位发展与创新等几个方面。因此,构建高校毕业生信息反馈机制、精准帮扶贫困生就业机制、高校与企业信息共享跟踪机制、大学生失业群体就业保障机制是毕业生离校后跟踪服务体系构建的主要内容。

Abstract:Graduates' employment is the top priority of student work in college, therefore it's significant to develop the follow-up services for graduates in the era of “Internet Plus and Big Data”. However, the present system shows such problems as the lack of attention, difficulty in collecting graduates' feedback, and the lack of communication between colleges and enterprises. Aiming at promoting graduates' working ability, increasing employment rate and facilitating enterprises' development and innovation, the major tasks of building the graduates' follow-up service system are to establish a graduate feedback mechanism, a mechanism of supporting poor students, a system of information sharing between colleges and enterprises, and a job security system for unemployed students.
