Abstract：Based on the background of the strategic economic zone and the coordination among industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the present paper mainly analyzes the key role of Jiaozuo in the construction of Zhongyuan economic zone under the guidance of Guiding Opinion, and points out the key aspects in the future development of Jiaozuo.
