旅游管理专业本科生酒店实习满意度及留职意愿调查研究

摘要:从旅游管理专业本科生酒店实习入手,对影响旅游管理专业本科毕业生酒店实习满意度的因素及其对留职意愿的关联性进行了问卷调查研究,研究结果表明:培训机会、工作条件、发展空间、受重视程度与大学毕业生实习满意度及留职意愿正相关;心理期望与大学毕业生实习满意度负相关;实习满意度在培训机会、工作条件、发展空间、受重视程度和心理期望对大学生留职意愿的影响中起着中介作用;旅游管理专业大学生酒店留职意愿低的主要原因是实习满意度低。

Abstract:Based on the hotel fieldwork of the tourism management majors, the paper discusses the factors that lead to this kind of phenomena.The study result shows that training opportunities, working conditions, development space and attention are positively correlated to the degree of satisfaction and their intention to stay;psychological expectation is negatively correlated to the degree of satisfaction;degree of satisfaction plays a mediating role in training opportunities, working conditions, the development of space, attention and psychological level of expectations on the willingness of students;the low intention to stay is mainly due to the low degree of satisfaction.
