Abstract：A large number of emergency disposal practices show that the news media plays an important role in emergency management.In the process of resolving emergency, there are both management and game relationship between the government and news media, which can cause some mutual consumption and affect the emergency disposal.The study of their position and status evolution, the exploration of the establishment of positive cooperation relationship between them are main security measures to realize efficient emergencies disposal.
