Abstract：As a emerging model of the labor in China, the labor dispatch has promoted employment and kept the social stability.However, the defect of the labor dispatch itself has caused serious social problems.Moreover, it has also exerted negative impact on the regular market order.The labor dispatch appeared firstly in Japan, it has formed its own mode of operation.Based on the analysis of the characteristics in Japan, this paper detects the deficiency of labor dispatch in China and suggests a way to improve the mode of labor dispatch in China.
