我国劳务派遣业的现状与走向——以日本为参照

摘要:劳务派遣业作为我国新兴的一种劳务模式,对促进就业,保持社会稳定起到了积极作用,但由于其自身的缺陷,在实际运行中产生了严重的社会问题,对正常的劳动力市场秩序产生了较大的冲击。日本的劳务派遣业兴起较早,形成较有特点的运行模式。日本派遣业的特点和我国派遣业存在的不足表明,我国劳务派遣业的发展方向应当是努力形成"派遣就业+技能培训+社会保障+依法维权"的四位一体的派遣形态。

Abstract:As a emerging model of the labor in China, the labor dispatch has promoted employment and kept the social stability.However, the defect of the labor dispatch itself has caused serious social problems.Moreover, it has also exerted negative impact on the regular market order.The labor dispatch appeared firstly in Japan, it has formed its own mode of operation.Based on the analysis of the characteristics in Japan, this paper detects the deficiency of labor dispatch in China and suggests a way to improve the mode of labor dispatch in China.
