Abstract：Modern agriculture plays a key role in the construction of new socialist countryside in China and in keeping stable economic development.There are many problems in developing modern agriculture in Henan province, such as resources shortage, small management scale, low-level industry, capital shortage, low-quality peasants and so on.To solve the problems, We should develop new agriculture technology, promote circulation of contracted management right, develop industrial management, expand fund investment and train new peasants.
