煤炭地下气化地质条件评价研究——以江苏省朱寨井田为例

摘要:为研究煤炭地下气化地质条件综合评价机制,构建定量的可行性评价体系,从而指导煤炭地下气化选址决策,运用层次分析、定量排序、模糊数学等方法,从地质构造、煤层空间展布特征、水文地质条件、煤岩煤质特征等4个方面考虑,构建了煤炭地下气化模糊层次综合评价体系,确定了煤炭地下气化有利地质条件:地质构造、水文地质条件简单;气化煤层的厚度、埋深及倾角分别为1.50~18.00 m,100~1 500 m及10°~70°;顶底板岩性为泥岩、粉砂岩;煤岩煤质下限灰分<30%、水分<20%、硫分<1.5%、挥发分>20%;煤种类型为除焦煤外的所有煤种。将该体系应用于江苏朱寨井田煤炭地下气化地质条件评价,优选出适合地下气化的有利区,这对于指导国内类似井田煤炭地下气化地质条件评价具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:To study the mechanism of comprehensive evaluation of geological conditions for underground coal gasification ( UCG) , construct a quantitative feasibility evaluation system, and provide a basis for UCG site selection decision, taking geological structure, coal seam spatial distribution characteristics, hydrogeological conditions, and property of coal quality, the paper set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for UCG with hierarchy analysis, quantitative sorting, and fuzzing mathematics method. The favorable geological conditions for UCG were determined as follows: simple geological structure and hydrogeological conditions, respectively the thickness, depth and inclination of gasified coal seam were 1. 5 ~ 18 m, 100 ~ 1 500 m and 10° ~ 70°, respectively; the top and bottom lithology is mudstone and siltstone. The lower limits of coal qualities were as follows:Ad< 30%, Mad< 20%; St, d< 1. 5%, Vdaf> 20%; all types of coal except coking coal are acceptable. The above evaluation system was applied to the evaluation of UCG geological conditions in Zhuzhai minefield, and the favorable area suitable for UCG was selected. This has important practical significance for guiding the evaluation of UCG geological conditions in similar minefields in China.
