半柔性复合结构综合路用性能及其微观机理研究

摘要:为了研究沥青灌注式半柔性复合路面中油石比对路用性能的影响,对灌注式半柔性复合路面结构进行高温稳定性能能试验、低温抗裂性能试验和抗水腐蚀性试验,利用灰色关联理论对试验结果进行比较,并通过分子模拟技术对其机理进行分析。结果表明:当油石比为2.7%时,灌注式半柔性复合混合料的性能最佳;根据灰色关联计算结果,油石比对灌注式半柔性复合路面结构的关联度大小依次为相对变形(PRD)、破坏拉伸应变、劈裂强度、劈裂抗拉强度比、劲度模量、综合稳定指数(C);通过分子模拟技术对沥青在不同Connolly半径下的扩散行为进行分析,得出在半柔性路面结构中随着油石比增大,路用性能逐渐增强,当沥青量达到某一范围时,路用性能不再增强。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of ratio of Whetstone on semi-flexible asphalt perfused composite pavement, the high temperature stability test, low temperature crack resistance test and water corrosion resistance test were done on the inflow semi-flexible composite pavement by gray correlation theory. Meanwhile, the experimental results and its mechanism was analyzed by molecular simulation technique. The results show that the performance of perfusion semi-flexible composite mixture is the best when the asphalt ratio is 2. 7%. According to results of the gray correlation, the strongest correlation between the asphalt ratio and inflow semiflexible composite pavement structure is the relative deformation ( PRD) . The diffusion behavior of asphalt in different Connolly radii was analyzed by molecular simulation technique. The results show that for semi-flexible composite road, as the asphalt ratio increases, the road performance gradually increases. When the amount of asphalt reaches a certain range, the road performance is no longer enhanced.
