摘要:氯离子侵蚀可导致桥梁结构耐久性劣化进而降低桥梁结构疲劳寿命。为研究氯离子侵蚀与桥梁结构耐久性的关系,设计并制作预应力混凝土空心板梁模型,在对其进行氯离子侵蚀耐久性试验(轻、重2种侵蚀程度)的基础上,分别对其开展静载破坏试验、结构疲劳试验等,研究氯离子侵蚀程度对结构动静力参数及疲劳寿命的影响,以及疲劳加载对试验构件动静力应变、挠度、振动频率及阻尼的影响,分析结构耐久性损伤与疲劳特性的相关性。研究表明:随着氯离子侵蚀程度加深,试验板疲劳寿命逐渐降低,重度氯离子侵蚀试验板疲劳寿命减低至3万次;结构动静力参数受疲劳加载次数影响显著,如30万次疲劳后,在15 t静载作用下,相对10万次疲劳加载,健康板和轻度侵蚀板挠度增加率分别为83.7%和115%。

Abstract:In order to study the fatigue properties of prestressed hollow slab beams under the action of chloride ion, the prestressed concrete hollow slab beam model ( ratio of similitude is 0. 1) was designed. Chloride ion erosion durability test ( two kinds of erosion degree: light and heavy) was done firstly. Then, static load failure test and structural fatigue test were performed to analyse the effect of chloride ion corrosion on the dynamic and static parameters as well as fatigue life. And the influence of fatigue loading on dynamic and static strain, deflection and fundamental frequency of the test members. Based on the test results, the relations between degree of chloride ion erosion and the structural fatigue properties were established. The results show that as the corrosion degree of chloride ion increased, the fatigue life of the test plate decreased gradually. For example, for severe erosion test plate, the fatigue life was reduced to 30, 000 times. Dynamic and static force parameters of structure were influenced by fatigue loading times. For example after 300000 times fatigue load and under 15 t static loads, compared to 100000 times fatigue load, the rate of deflection increase of health plate and mild erosion plate were 83. 7% and 115% respectively.
