7自由度自动铺放机器人的操作性能评价与优化

摘要:为了衡量7自由度自动铺放机器人在纤维丝束铺放过程中的性能,提出了其操作性能指标,该指标能够同时包含条件数和可操作度。采用Ada Boost算法对所提出的性能指标进行优化,求出最优加权系数,确定性能指标函数。把所确定的性能指标函数在7自由度自动铺放机器人的操作性能上进行仿真应用,结果表明,所提出的操作性能评价指标能满足机器人的灵活性和运动能力的要求。

Abstract:In order to assess the operating performances of 7 degrees of freedom ( DOF) automated fiber placement robotic in fiber tow placement process, the performance indexes were proposed, which contained condition number and operability. The proposed performance indexes were optimized by Ada Boost algorithm, and the optimal weighting coefficient was obtained, then the performance index function was determined. The determined performance index function was used to simulate on 7-DOF automated fiber placement robotic operation. The results showed that the proposed performance indexes could satisfy the flexibility and operational ability of the robot.
