基于成熟度的水泥稳定碎石微裂时间确定方法

摘要:为确定水泥稳定碎石微裂的施工时间,针对水泥稳定碎石微裂技术进行大量室内实验,研究水泥稳定碎石微裂时间、微裂程度与微裂后无侧限抗压强度恢复程度之间的关系。首先结合成熟度理论,通过对实验数据拟合得到水泥稳定碎石早期无侧限抗压强度预测模型,在此基础上得到水泥稳定碎石微裂后强度恢复程度随微裂前成熟度的变化规律;然后利用电子计算机断层扫描技术(CT)对不同成熟度下的微裂水泥稳定碎石内部结构进行观察分析;最后通过实验验证预测模型的准确性。结果表明:水泥稳定碎石微裂后无侧限抗压强度恢复程度随微裂程度增大而减小;基于成熟度建立的无侧限抗压强度预测模型拟合程度较好;通过成熟度确定微裂时间的方法较目前按天划分的时间更加准确,可随工程实际情况灵活调整;最佳微裂程度为30%,最佳微裂时间为成熟度达到1 434 K·h时;不同成熟度时微裂的水泥稳定碎石内部结构的自愈情况不同。

Determination method of micro-crack time of cement stabilized macadam based on maturity

Abstract:To determine the micro-crack time of cement stabilized macadama great deal of indoor tests were carried out for the microcracking technique of cement stabilized macadamand the relationships between the micro-crack timemicro-crack degree and the recovery degree of unconfined compressive strength after microcracking were studied.Combined with maturity theorythe prediction model of early unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam was obtained by fitting the test dataon this basisthe variation law of the recovery degree of cement stabilized macadam after micro-crack with the maturity before micro-crack was obtained.Thenthe internal structure of cement stabilized macadam with different maturity was observed and analyzed by using computed tomographyCT.Finallythe accuracy of the prediction model was verified by tests.The results showed that the recovery degree of unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam decreased with the increase of microcrack degree.The unconfined compressive strength prediction model based on maturity method had a good fitting degree.The method of determining the micro-crack time by maturity was more accurate than the current time divided by dayand could be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation of the project.The best micro-crack degree was 30%and the best micro-crack time was when the maturity reached 1 434 K·h.The autogenous self-healing of the internal structure of the micro-cracked cement stabilized macadam was different at different maturity.
