基于穿层钻孔偏移规律的角度补偿纠偏技术

摘要:针对穿层抽采钻孔施工时普遍发生偏移,导致实际见煤点与设计点偏差大、预抽煤层存在抽采盲区等问题,采用理论分析和现场试验相结合的方法,利用钻孔轨迹仪实测钻孔轨迹数据,采用最小二乘法拟合钻孔俯仰角和方位角的偏差值分别与钻孔深度的线性关系式,得到钻孔偏移规律。基于钻孔偏移规律提出角度补偿纠偏技术,为纠正后续钻孔或补打钻孔的施工参数提供指导,即将设计孔深代入线性关系式,计算见煤点处俯仰角和方位角偏差角度,在钻孔开孔时,反向增加偏差角度,以保证见煤点落于设计点位处。现场实践应用纠偏技术后钻孔实际见煤点方位角偏差值仅0.68°、俯仰角偏差值仅0.76°,基本与设计终孔位置一致,表明基于钻孔偏移规律的角度补偿法纠偏措施切实可行且可靠,能够满足工程精度要求。

Abstract:In view of the general offset during drilling cross-layer extraction borehole,which results in large deviation between the actual meeting coal point and the design point,and extraction blind zone in pre-degased coal seam,theoretical analysis and field test methods were used to study on deviation correction technology of the borehole.The drilling trajectory data measured by the drilling trajectory instrument was used to fit the linear relationship formula between the deviation values of pitch angle and azimuth angle and borehole depth by use of the least squares method,and the law of borehole offset was obtained.Based on the borehole offset law,a technology of angle compensation correction was proposed to provide guidance for correcting the construction parameters of subsequent or supplementary borehole.When the hole was drilled,the design depth of borehole was substituted into the linear relationship formula,the pitch angle and azimuth deviation angle at the meeting coal point were calculated,and the deviation angle was increased in reverse to ensure that the actual meeting coal point falled at the design point.According to the field practice of the correction technology,the azimuth deviation value of the actual meeting coal point of the borehole reduced to 0.68°,and the pitch angle deviation value droped down to 0.76°,which was basically the same with the design position.It showed that the angle compensation method was feasible and reliable based on the borehole offset law,and met the requirements of engineering practice accuracy.
