Study on gear measuring data definition and it' s exchange method based on cloud platform

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of short delivery time, high quality, high efficiency and intelligent requirements of the gear industry, based on the analysis of the current main data exchange mode, a standard language GXML ( gear extensible markup language) for gear measuring was proposed based on cloud platform. Through the analysis of data characteristics in the whole life cycle of gear, gear measuring standard language GXML Schema was designed, and the process of gear data transmission was standardized. The exchange process system between cloud platform and gear measuring data was studied. The experimental results showed that the data exchange mode based on GXML and the mapping between GXML document and database could realize the cross-platform data transmission, the production efficiency was improved, and the production cost was reduced.
