Copyright Agreement

According to the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations, authors agree to transfer the copyright and related property rights of the article to the Editorial Office of Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science) from the date of submission, including but not limited to the following rights: compilation right, distribution right, reproduction right, translation right, online publishing and information dissemination right; right to license domestic and foreign literature retrieval systems, network and database for indexing and inclusion; right to publish, license to publish, and make use of the article in various media and languages; right to make use of the article in a way that does not violate the current or future laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science) is an open access journal. For all open access articles published on this website, permitted third party reuse of the articles is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. Reusers must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Reusers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. Reusers may not use the material for commercial purposes. If reusers remix, transform, or build upon the material, they may not distribute the modified material.

Before the first publication of the article in Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science) (in any form), the editorial office charges the authors a one-off publication fee. If the editorial office publishes the article in other forms, no other fees shall be charged.

After the first publication of the article in Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science) (in any form), the editorial office will pay the authors a one-off remuneration (which covers the copyright transfer fee) and provide free samples of current issue. If the editorial office publishes the article in other forms, no other remuneration shall be paid to authors.

If authors receive a rejection notice, this agreement will automatically terminate upon receipt of the notice. If authors do not receive any feedback from the editorial office within 3 months, they may handle the article any way, and this agreement will be automatically invalid.

The authors of the article promise:

1. The article is an original research achievement independently obtained by the authors and does not involve infringement or confidential issues. If any infringement or confidential breach occurs, all responsibilities shall be borne by the authors.

2. The article has not been submitted multiple times and has not been published domestically or internationally. If multiple submission is found, the editorial office has right to demand the authors to make up for the losses caused to the editorial office by the authors.

3. There is no dispute regarding the right of authorship and the order of authorship for this article. If there is a dispute over authorship, all responsibility shall be borne by the authors.

The authors have right to share and use their articles in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License, and may also cite or translate parts of the article in their subsequent works or compile them in non-journal collections.

The authors should agree to the above terms before submitting the article. As soon as the authors start the submission process, the editorial office shall regard the authors as agreed to all terms in this agreement. This agreement shall come into effect automatically from the date of submission.

Any other matters not covered shall be resolved through consultation between both parties in case of disputes. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
