晶界对高压下CdTe相变和电输运性质的影响

摘要:为研究晶界对高压下Cd Te粉末相变和电输运性质的影响,利用金刚石对顶砧测量Cd Te在高压下的阻抗谱。结果表明,在实验研究频率范围内,Cd Te在高压下的电输运过程主要由晶体内部传导和晶界传导组成。利用等效电路法获得电信号在晶体内传导时压力对晶体电阻的影响规律。结合直流测量的结果可以发现,晶界的存在对测得的电阻值有显著的影响,而对Cd Te发生相变时的压力几乎没有影响。晶体电阻随压力的变化关系也表明,Cd Te从岩盐相到Cmcm相的结构转变不会引起电学性质的突变,载流子的输运方式没有明显改变。

Abstract:In order to investigate the grain boundary effects on the electrical transport property and phase transition of powdered CdTe under high pressure,the impedance spectroscopy of CdTe was measured by using the diamond anvil cells. The results show that in the studied frequency range the electrical transport of CdTe occurs in both grain interiors and grain boundary under high pressure. The pressure dependence of grain resistance is obtained by using equivalent circuit method. Combined with the direct current measurement results,it is concluded that grain boundary has an obvious effect on the measured resistance but hardly affects the pressure where the phase transition occurs. The structure phase transition from rock-salt to Cmcm does not cause significant change of the electrical property,and the transportation method of carriers does not change obviously.
