开挖顺序对硐室群围岩稳定性影响及支护对策

摘要:为研究硐室群开挖顺序对围岩稳定性的影响,利用FLAC3D有限差分计算软件,模拟分析赵庄矿皮带硐室群不同开挖顺序下围岩所产生的变形特性和应力特征,并提出相应的支护对策。研究表明:按不同顺序开挖硐室群会对硐室围岩的应力状态和塑性区范围产生不同程度的影响,以交叉开挖方式开挖,先开挖断面尺寸较小的硐室,对围岩稳定性影响较小。不同开挖顺序下硐室侧壁移近量普遍大于顶底板移近量,开挖造成的围岩应力扩散和叠加使巷道交叉处产生应力集中,对煤柱的整体稳定性影响显著。通过对最优开挖顺序下的围岩变形进行受力分析,选用合理支护方案,对硐室进行及时加固,经现场监测检验,加固效果良好。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of excavation sequence on chamber surrounding rock stability,the displacement and stress distributions of surrounding rock of chamber group are simulated in different excavation sequence and the corresponding support measures are provided in Zhaozhuang mine by using the finite difference software( FLAC3D). The results show that different excavation sequence has a different impact on stress state and plastic range,and surrounding rock stability has a little impact when chamber group of small section size with the form of cross excavation is excavated firstly. After excavation,chamber sidewall surrounding rock produce larger deformation than roof and floor,roof convergence is larger than floor heave value. Diffusion and superposition of surrounding rock stress make the tunnel intersection generate stress concentration. The global stability of coal pillar has different impacts with different excavation sequence. Through force analysis of surrounding rock deformation in the best excavation sequence,the appropriate support program and reinforces are selected the chamber group timely,field test demonstrates that the reinforcement effect is good.
