采掘应力作用下顺层钻孔孔径时空演化规律

摘要:为研究采掘应力对顺层瓦斯抽采孔孔径的影响,建立考虑煤的塑性软化的黏弹塑性模型,得到钻孔孔径表达式,运用钻屑法研究煤体内采掘应力分布规律。以鹤壁八矿3103北工作面为例,对比分析了相同采掘应力作用下软、硬煤层内顺层钻孔孔径的时空演化规律。结果表明,在松软煤层内实施顺层钻孔,钻孔形成初期在应力集中区域极易形成塌孔,随着时间的推移,应力集中区钻孔逐渐被压实,甚至在原始应力区也出现塌孔现象,瓦斯抽采通道急剧破坏,导致松软煤层钻孔难以保持长时间高体积分数抽采;在硬煤层内实施顺层钻孔,孔径随着时间的推移有所缩小,但依然处于稳定状态,未发生堵孔现象,瓦斯抽采通道顺畅,硬煤层钻孔能保证较长时间的高体积分数抽采。因此,充分考虑采掘应力对具体煤层孔径影响,为钻孔稳定性防护提供依据,对提高瓦斯抽采效果具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to study on the influence on the aperture of bedding borehole for gas pre drainage under the mining stress,viscoelastic-plastic softening model was established around the coal borehole,and the expression formula of the borehole aperture was obtained,using the method of drilling cuttings to study on the distribution laws of the stress in the solid coal. Taking the 3103 north working face of the eight coal mine in Hebi as an example,the space-time evolution laws of the aperture of bedding borehole is analyzed in the soft and hard coal under the same mining stress. Research shows that( 1) being implemented the bedding borehole in the soft coal seam,the borehole is easy collapse at the stress concentration area in the initial,as time goes on,the borehole of the stress concentration area is gradually compacted,even in the original stress area also appeared borehole collapse,the gas drainage channels is fast destroyed which is difficult to maintain long-term and high concentration gas drainage;( 2) being implemented the bedding borehole in the hard coal seam,the aperture narrows with time,but the borehole is stable and not collapse,the gas drainage channels is smooth which can guarantee the long-term and high concentration gas drainage. So it fully considers the influence on the aperture in the specific coal seam under the mining stress,providing the basis for the stability protection of the borehole and which is very important to improve the gas drainage effect.
