酒精废醪液矩形孔烧结页岩砖砌体抗弯试验

摘要:将6组60件以不同砂浆强度等级为参数的酒精废醪液矩形孔烧结页岩砖砌体试件进行抗弯性能(沿通缝和齿缝)试验研究,全面分析该砌体试件的破坏特征和抗弯强度值。结果表明,酒精废醪液矩形孔烧结页岩砖砌体的抗弯破坏特征与相同强度等级的烧结普通黏土砖一致。通过最小二乘法回归分析得到酒精废醪液矩形孔烧结页岩砖砌体的弯曲抗拉强度计算公式中的系数k,建立了砌体计算公式f(1)tm,m=0.235 f21/2(通缝),f(2)tm,m=0.324 f21/2(齿缝),为结构设计提供了节能和可靠性依据。

Abstract:It studies 6 groups of 60 pieces of waste liquor of alcohol sintered shale rectangular porous brick masonry specimens under bending performance( along the straight joint and a slot),to analyze a comprehensive of the failure characteristics of specimens and bending strength. The results show that the failure characteristics of waste liquor of alcohol sintering shale rectangular porous brick is the same with common sintering of clay brick. Through the regression analysis by least square regression to get bending strength of waste liquor of alcohol sintering shale rectangular porous brick coefficient calculation formula,the formula proposed in is f(1)tm,m=0. 235 f21/2( straight joint) and f(2)tm,m= 0. 324 f21/2( slot),and it provides a safety basis for the structural design.
