1995—2014年大通县土地利用变化及驱动因素分析

摘要:基于大通县1995—2014年社会经济数据,通过SPSS等软件,运用土地利用变化模型、主成分分析法及典型相关分析法等技术与方法,系统分析了1995—2001年、2001—2005年、2005—2010年、2010—2014年不同时段大通县土地利用变化的特征,并对土地利用变化的驱动因素进行探讨。结果表明:大通县主要地类为耕地、林地、草地,期间草地、耕地、建设用地、水域面积有所减少,林地、未利用地面积有所增加;与其他几种地类相比,耕地的变化量和变化率较为平稳,土地利用动态度变动最大的是未利用地,其次是水域,再次是建设用地;2010—2014年间除林地外,各土地类型动态度都呈减少趋势,减少速度最快的为水域,减少速度最慢的为耕地;土地利用程度呈现波浪形发展趋势;土地利用变化主要受社会经济因素影响,自然因素和政策因素也是大通县土地利用变化的驱动因素。

Abstract:Based on socio-economic data from 1995 to 2014 in Datong county, employing SPSS, we studied characteristics of land use changes in Datong county during the four different periods: 1995—2001, 2001—2005, 2005—2010, 2010—2014 with such methods as change models of land use, principal component analysis and typical correlation analysis, and explored the driving factors of land use change as well. The results show that: during the past 20 years, the main land use types in Datong county were cultivated land, forest land and grass land, however, the area of grass land, cultivated land, construction land and water area have decreased while the area of forest land and unused land have increased; the amount and rate of cultivated land change was relatively stable while unused land showed the maximum change in land use dynamic index, followed by water area and construction land; during the period of 2010—2014, dynamic degree of every land use type has decreased except forest land, with water area showing the fastest reducing speed and cultivated land the slowest; the land use degree showed a wavy trend in the past 20 years; the main influencing factors are socio-economic factor, and natural factor and policy factor are the driving factors.
