Abstract：Lukacs' critique of materialized labor relation uses such ideologists' theory resources as Hegel, Marx, Weber and so on. The theory path of the critique is the methodology criticism of totality principle, the labor relation criticism with shielding subjects and the class consciousness criticism of the theory orientation. In addition, Lukacs' critique is the first one as the productivity criticism, and advances Marx's labor relation criticism. Besides, it also reminds us that it's necessary to pay close attention to the social ecological problem brought about by the development of science and technology, and solve it from the perspective of harmonious society.
