不同结构类型的巷道支架短柱力学性能研究

摘要:针对用U型钢支架进行煤矿巷道支护时成本较高、支护结构稳定性较差等问题,以U29型钢短柱、格栅短柱、格栅混凝土短柱为研究对象,采用ANSYS数值模拟和室内轴压加载试验方法,对其力学性能进行分析。结果表明,格栅混凝土短柱的最大承载力是格栅短柱的3倍左右,是U29型钢短柱的1. 5倍左右。采用格栅混凝土结构可以使支架受力均匀,有效提高支护承载能力,并可控制围岩塑性破坏区范围,且其支护耐久性较好。

Abstract:Because of the high supporting cost and poor stability of supporting structure of U-shaped steel supports, the supports of U29 steel short column, grid short column, and grid concrete short column were studied.Using finite element simulation with software ANSYS and indoor axial compression tests, the mechanical properties of U29 steel short column were analyzed, grid short column, and grid concrete short column. The results showed that the maximum bearing capacity of the grid-shaped concrete short columns was about three times that of the grid short columns, and was about 1. 5 times that of the U-shaped steel short columns. Therefore, the grid concrete structural support could make uniform force on the support, which effectively improved the supporting capacity and controlled the scope of roadway plastic damage zone, and increased the supporting durability.
