含煤层气井有杆泵排采设备的直流微电网母线电压波动控制策略

摘要:为了解决周期性动态交变负荷作用下,驱动煤层气井有杆泵排采设备运行的电动机交替工作于电动和发电状态所导致的直流微电网母线电压波动的问题,提出一种含煤层气井有杆泵排采设备的直流微电网母线电压波动控制策略。通过建立包含变换器控制层、负荷功率平衡层以及母线功率控制层的分层控制结构,实现从微源-负荷-微网3方面抑制直流母线电压波动的目标。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建直流微电网分层控制模型并进行仿真,结果表明,该控制策略可有效抑制煤层气井有杆泵排采设备周期性动态交变负荷引起的直流母线电压波动,维持系统的稳定。

Control strategy of voltage fluctuations in DC microgrid consisting the rod pump drainage equipment in coalbed methane well

Abstract:To solve the DC bus voltage fluctuations caused by alternatively working in motoring and regenerating status of the motor driving rod pump drainage equipment in coalbed methane (CBM) well under the cyclic dynamic alternating load, a control strategy of voltage fluctuation in DC microgrid consisting the rod pump drainage equipment in CBM well was proposed.By establishing a hierarchical control structure including converters control layer, load power balance layer and bus power control layer, the control strategy achieved suppression of DC bus voltage fluctuations from three aspects of micro-source, load, and microgrid.The hierarchical control model of DC microgrid based on MATLAB/Simulink showed that the control strategy could effectively suppress the DC bus voltage fluctuations caused by the cyclic dynamic alternating load of rod pump drainage equipment in CBM well and maintain the stability of the system.
