水力冲孔空气炮爆破强化抽采合理爆破次数研究

摘要:针对水力冲孔空气炮爆破综合强化增透促抽技术的合理爆破次数问题,在探析促抽机制的基础上,首次采用LS-DYNA软件,模拟分析试验地点0~50次不同爆破次数条件下,空气炮爆破能量作用于水力冲孔孔洞周围煤体的变形过程,考察了水力冲孔空气炮爆破造成煤体裂隙发育的变化特征,通过回归分析得到了最大裂隙半径和空气炮爆破次数之间非线性渐变规律的函数表达式。通过数值模拟并结合现场试验,确定水力冲孔之后空气炮爆破40次为合理爆破次数,这对于推广应用该技术具有理论指导意义。

Study on reasonable blasting times of air-cannon blasting in hydraulic flushing borehole to promote gas extraction

Abstract:Aiming at the reasonable blasting times in hydraulic flushing borehole with air-cannon blasting to increase coal permeability and promote gas extraction, the mechanism of the promoting gas extraction was studied.The deformation process of the coal mass around hydraulic flushing borehole while air-cannon blasting energy acted on was simulated with LS-DYNA under different blasting times of 0~50.The variation characteristics of crack development caused by hydraulic flushing with air-cannon blasting were investigated.With regression analysis, the function expression of the nonlinear gradual change law between the maximum fracture radius and the number of air-cannon blasting times was obtained.Through numerical simulation combined with field test, it was determined that 40 times of air-cannon blasting after hydraulic flushing was a reasonable number of the blasting, which had theoretical guiding significance for popularizing and applying this technology.
