一种SAR与光学影像融合的露天矿采动识别方法

摘要:露天矿的违法开采不仅破坏自然环境,而且容易造成人员伤亡。为有效对露天矿开采活动进行识别和监管,提出一种合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)与光学影像融合的露天矿采动识别方法,即基于地表过大形变会造成合成孔径雷达差分干涉测量(differential SAR interferometry,DInSAR)失相干的特性,利用差分干涉得到相干性系数图,经过地理编码后与测区光学影像配准叠加,实现对露天矿开采活动的有效识别。通过选择Sentinel 1A的SAR影像与Sentinel 2A的光学影像对鄂尔多斯露天矿区开采活动进行识别,共发现12处失相干区域,其中1处是水体对雷达波的反射性差所造成的,11处为露天矿开采活动所造成的,研究结果为相关部门进行监管执法提供了可靠的数据支持。

A dynamic identification method of open-pit mining based on SAR and optical image

Abstract:The illegal exploitation of open-pit mines not only damages the natural environment, but also causes casualties.In order to effectively identify and monitor open-pit mining activities, a dynamic identification method of open-pit mining based on synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and optical image was proposed.Based on the decoherent characteristics of the differential SAR interferometry (DInSAR) of synthetic aperture radar caused by excessive deformation of the surface, the coherence coefficient map was obtained by differential interference, and the effective identification of mining activities in open pit mines was realized after geocoding and being superimposed with the optical image of the survey area.By selecting Sentinel 1 A SAR image and Sentinel 2 A optical image to identify the mining activities in the Ordos open pit mining area, 12 decoherent regions were found, one of which was caused by the reflectivity difference of the water wave to the radar wave, and 11 were caused by the open pit mining.The results provided reliable data support for the relevant enforcement departments to carry out regulatory enforcement.
