井下煤层长距离定点密闭取心技术及应用研究

摘要: 针对目前长距离测定煤层瓦斯含量因取心煤样暴露时间长而导致测定结果不准,以及长距离取心易导致取样点位置偏差大等问题,研发适合井下煤层瓦斯含量测定的长距离定点密闭取心装置及技术工艺,该装置体积小、重量轻,外径仅89 mm,密封气体压力可达11.5 MPa,煤心直径可达38 mm。在山西某矿进行可靠性验证和煤巷瓦斯抽采条带效果考察指标测定时,采用短钻孔常规取心和长距离定点密闭取心两种方式,对煤层同一地点进行瓦斯含量对比测定,结果显示,长距离定点密闭取心测点瓦斯含量约为常规取心测点的0.971.06倍。试验结果显示:井下煤层长距离定点密闭取心装置及技术用于深孔瓦斯含量测定是可靠的;在试验区瓦斯抽采巷进行16个测点的长距离定点密闭取心和瓦斯含量测定,取心最大孔深达到516 m,将区域瓦斯抽采效果一次考察范围扩大至400 m以上。研究结果表明,井下煤层长距离定点密闭取心装置实现了煤层钻孔长距离定点密闭取心和瓦斯含量精准测定,在煤巷条带区域瓦斯抽采效果检验中进行应用,扩大了一次性区域瓦斯抽采效果考察范围,减少了掘进与效检交叉作业次数,可有效促进矿井提能增效。

Abstract:  In view of the problems of inaccurate determination result and large deviation of sampling point trajectory due to long exposure time of coring coal samples in long-distance gas content measurementa set of sealed coring device and technology suitable for long-distance gas content measurement in coal seam underground was developed The device was small in volume and light in weightwith an outer diameter of only 89 mma seal gas pressure of 11.5 MPa and a coal core diameter of 38 mm In a coal mine of Shanxi Province the reliability verification and the evaluation index of gas drainage strip effect in coal roadway were determined The short borehole conventional coring method and the directional long borehole sealed coring method were used to measure the gas content in the same place of the coal seam The results showed that the gas con tent in the closed coring measuring point was about 0.97 1.06 times of that in the conventional coring measuring point The comparative test results showed that the long-distance fixed-point sealed coring method was suitable for the underground coal seamand the coring device and technology were reliable for the measurement of gas content in deep holes The sealed coring and gas content measurement of 16 measuring points were carried out in the gas drainage roadway of the experimental areaand the maximum hole depth of coring reached 516 mwhich expanded the scope of regional gas drainage effect to more than 400 m at a time The research showed that the gas content determination technology of long-distance fixed-point sealed coring in coal mine realized the accurate measurement of coal seam drilling fixed-pointlong-distancesealed coring and gas content which was applied in the test of gas drainage effect in the strip area of coal roadwayexpanded the investigation scope of one-time regional gas drainage effectreduced the cross operation times of tunneling and checkingand effectively promoted the mining efficiency
