摘要:为了研究植物落叶有机质在地下土壤中的分布特征,以河南省郑州市新密县某地为研究 区,取毛白杨落叶和地下0. 1150 m深土壤提取的溶解性有机质(DOM)为研究对象,采用紫外-可见光谱和三维荧光光谱扫描技术,结合各项理化指标测试,对比分析DOM在土层中的演化和分布特征。结果表明:毛白杨落叶荧光光谱中富里酸峰峰强最大,土样DOM中没有明显的腐殖酸峰,且芳香族蛋白峰和微生物代谢产物峰峰强随土壤深度增加逐渐减弱,在深层土壤DOM中只有较弱的富里酸峰;研究区土壤偏碱性,且随着土壤深度增加,碳含量逐渐减少,氮含量先增加后减少,距地表1 m深处可能为研究区浅层土壤化学反应的活跃层,自生源特征最明显,微生物活动显著高于其他土层的;研究用天然有机质在随降雨和地表径流下渗过程中发生降解,生成小分子有机质,且有机质的迁移活性随着深度增加显著降低;植物落叶和土壤的DOM样品腐殖化程度和疏水组分含量呈显著的线性正相关关系(R2 = 0.998)。

Abstract: Taking the DOM extracted from the leaf litter of Populus tomentosa and the soil at depths of 0.1 m1 m and 50 m in Xinmi CountyZhengzhou CityHenan Province as the research objectthe evolution and distribution characteristics of DOM in soil layers were compared and analysed by UV-vis and three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopycombined with the measurement of physical and chemical indexes.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of the fulvic acid peak was the highest in the fluorescence spectrum of DOM extracted from Populus tomentosawhile there was no obvious humic acid peak in the DOM samples extracted from the studied soil.The fluorescence intensity of aromatic protein peak and microbial byproduct peak decreased with the increase of soil depthand there was only weak fulvic acid peak in the DOM from the soil with the depth of 50 m.The soil in the study area was alkalescent.The carbon content in the studied soil decreased gradually with the soil depth while the nitrogen content increased first and then decreased.The soild at the location of 1m from the surface might be the active layer of chemical reaction in shallow soilwith the most obvious characteristics of“autogenous source”and the microbial activity was significantly higher than other soil layers.The studied natural organic matter degraded with rainfall and surface runoff infiltration to generate small molecular organic matterand the migration capability of organic matter decreased with the increase of depth.There was a significant linear positive correlation between humification degree and hydrophobic component content of DOM samples from plant leaf litter and soils(R2 = 0.998) .
