Abstract:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the open-loop pressure of sleeve valve pipe grouting Based on the theory model of casing and cement ring the calculation method of formation stress at the outlet of sleeve valve pipe under arbitrary inclination was given. Combined with the fourth strength criterion the theoretical calculation formula of open-loop pressure of sleeve valve pipe grouting was established which can consider the comprehensive influence of multiple factors and the influencing factors of open-loop pressure were analyzed. The results show that the open-loop pressure of sleeve valve pipe grouting increases with the increase of the compressive strength of casing material the ratio of Poisson ratio of casing material to soil the grouting depth the ratio of minimum and maximum horizontal principal stress but decreases with the increase of the inner and outer radius ratio of casing material and the ratio of elastic modulus of casing material to soil. The compressive strength of casing material inner and outer radius ratio of casing material and grouting depth have more significant influence on the open-loop pressure than other factors. The direction of grouting hole has great influence on the open-loop pressure. When α is constant the open-loop pressure decreases with the increase of β and when β is constant, the open-loop pressure increases with the increase of α. The formula for calculating open-loop pressure of sleeve valve pipe grouting is applied to the new construction of DK107+105 frame ejectionculvert project from north Daye to Yangxin Railway, and compared with the existing methods. The results showthat the open-loop pressure calculated by the method in this paper is closer to the field measurement range, and isbetter than the existing methods. The research results can provide support for the theory development and field application of sleeve valve pipe grouting.
