Abstract：This paper studied on the differences between pronunciations of Zhongyuan dialect and Mandarin, the pronunciation characteristic and regular pattern of dialects in the north of China. Then the author proposed to set up the fifth tone of Chinese which will provide the references for the research of place and authors in Jin Pin Mei Novel. This paper pointed out the limitation of Chinese language evolution and errors in our official language, Mandarin. The author proposed People's Congress to pass the law to perfect and regulate Pinyin's scientific nature and authority.
