Abstract：The essence of road self-confidence, theoretical self-confidence, institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence is the confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics. “Matters of Confidence”enriches the content of ideological and political work in universities, and points out the direction of ideological and political work in universities. While affirming the achievement of the ideological and political work in universities on “Matters of Confidence”, we should also see the problems. Ideological and political work in universities constructs the “great ideological and political work ”system, creates strong campus atmospheres, strengthens the team construction and so on. It makes college students' identity and accept “Matters of Confidence”, and makes college students firmly believe of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
