摘要:针对装配式方钢管混凝土柱-钢梁节点,建立新型装配式节点的三维非线性有限元参数化数值模型,分析了轴压比、混凝土强度、钢管壁厚度、钢梁高度对节点性能的影响规律。计算结果表明,该节点应力分布均匀合理,应力集中区域远离梁端部位,可避免节点在梁翼缘与钢管柱处发生脆性破坏;钢梁应力明显高于钢管柱;节点力学性能良好;轴压比、钢管壁厚是影响节点滞回性能的主要因素。
Abstract:In order to design and investigate a new fabricated joint between concrete-filled square steel tubular column and steel beam,3D nonlinear numerical models are established.The effects of axial compression ratio,concrete intensity,tube thickness and beam height on the capacity,stiffness degradation and ductility of the fabricated joint are analyzed respectively.The results show that the load distributing of the joint is reasonable and stress concentration occurs at beam ends.It avoids the rupture of beam flank and steel tube and satisfies the designed criterion of weak beam and strong column.It also indicates that axial compression ratio and tube thickness are significant factors for the hysteretic performance of joint.
