摘要:针对新元煤矿瓦斯抽采系统长期存在瓦斯抽采体积分数低、抽采负压不合理等问题,优化并建立了一套瓦斯抽采系统评价指标体系及模型。通过测定矿井瓦斯抽采系统参数,并基于实测参数分析,总结出该矿井瓦斯抽采系统的运行规律,同时运用层次分析法、模糊评价法建立了评价指标体系及模型,并对矿井进行评价。最后结合矿井的评价结果及运行状态、规律的分析提出了相应的优化措施,成功解决了煤矿瓦斯抽采系统存在瓦斯抽采体积分数较低、处于爆炸极限范围等问题,提高了瓦斯抽采的效率及安全性。
Abstract:The existing low concentration of gas extraction and pumping negative pressure being unreasonable and many other issues for a long time in Xinyuan coal mine,this paper optimized and newly established a set of evaluation index system and model for gas extraction system,and the parameters of gas drainage system at the coal mine were measured.According to analyze the measured parameters,the operation rules of production system of coal gas pumping were summed up at coal mine;at the same time,based on the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy evaluation method to establish the system evaluation index system and model,which evaluated the coal mine.Finally,the corresponding optimization measures were put forward based on the analysis of the evaluation results and the running state and regularity of the mine.The conclusions successfully solve the problem of low gas concentration and explosion limit in coal mine gas drainage system,and improved the efficiency and safety of gas extraction.
