摘要:针对刘园子煤矿+1 100 m水平轨道石门剧烈底鼓问题进行探查,结果表明,石门位于硬顶软底的围岩环境中。运用FLAC3D模拟了石门分别采用锚网+喷浇筑混凝土+36U型钢联合支护和锚网+喷浇筑混凝土+36U型钢圆棚联合支护时的围岩应力、塑性区及位移量,模拟结果显示,后者底鼓量与前者相比减少了57%,现场实施效果表明,石门采用锚网+喷浇筑混凝土+36U型钢圆棚联合支护能有效控制底鼓,这一研究成果可为硬顶软底围岩石门底鼓控制提供可靠的方法。
Abstract:According to the severe floor heave problem of track cross-cut with mining level +1 100 m in Liu Yuanzhi coal mine,cross-cut passing through hard roof and soft floor was found.The surrounding rock stress and yield zones and displacements of cross-cut,which were supported with bolt-mesh-shotcrete with 36U-shape steel combined support,and bolt-mesh-shotcrete with combined support of 36U-shape steel round frame,were calculated respectively by FLAC3D.The simulation results show that the floor heave amount is reduced by 57%.Field application results indicated that the cross-cut floor heave can be controlled effectively by bolt-mesh-shotcrete and combined support with 36U-shape steel round frame.The conclusions provide a kind of reliable technical and method for hard roof and soft floor roadway.
